There’s a lot of uncertainty around at the moment but we want you to know that we’re still here and currently its business as usual.
We would like to advise all of our customers and suppliers that our priority is to protect the health of our staff, customers and suppliers during the Covid-19 outbreak.
We ask that all customers, staff & visitor on entering our showroom use the hand sanitiser provided on the front desk or wash your hand in our washrooms, all door hands are being disinfected regularly.
We are taking all necessary measures to ensure that the business is able to function as normal to serve our customers through the coming months.
We are currently following government advice and relaying this advice to all employees.
We will be in contact with any Customers at the first opportunity if there is a possibility of being unable to provide products to the original installation/order date.
We have instructed all staff on self-isolation processes as advised via the government and have flowed across best practices to minimise risk of infection internally during working hours.
All products and service deliveries being received are accepted to minimise risk of infection with limited personnel dealing with deliveries and reducing contact within the premises.
Please note any changes or actions in government advice will be followed and implemented as required.
