It is with a heavy heart I announce the closure of John Willetts Fireplaces, after nearly 50 years of business. I have made the decision to retire, the decision to retire and close the business was not made lightly.
First and foremost, to our dedicated employees, I extend my heartfelt appreciation. Your hard work, commitment, and passion have been instrumental in building John Willetts Fireplaces into what it is today. It has been a privilege to work alongside such talented individuals, I am grateful for the camaraderie and shared experiences we’ve enjoyed over the years.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of our loyal customers. Your loyalty and support over the years have been the foundation of our success and for that we are truly thankful.
I must of course mention the larger than life founder of the company my husband John Willetts. John was a big character; he loved the industry and his passing nine years ago left a big hole in our hearts and the closing of the business is the end of an era. The memories created together will always hold a special place in my heart.
